120 g dark chocolate + 8 squares (5 g)

3 eggs

80 g caster sugar

35 g soft butter

1 tablespoon flour

Cooking time: 12 min

Melt the chocolate and butter in a saucepan, stirring regularly to form a smooth, creamy paste.
Preheat the oven to 210°C (gas mark 7).
In a bowl, mix the eggs, sugar and flour.
Stir in the chocolate mixture and mix.
Pour 1 / 3 of the preparation in individual ramekins.
Place two squares of chocolate in each of the 4 ramekins,
then cover them with the rest of the chocolate mixture.
Place the ramekins in the oven for about 12 minutes, no more!
Enjoy preferably hot or warm.
