250 g dark chocolate
100 g sugar
200 g soft butter
6 eggs
Preparation chocolate marquee
Total Time: 25 min
Prep time: 25 min
Melt the chocolate, stir in the sugar, egg yolks and butter.
Work it all into a creamy mixture. Add the egg whites beaten until stiff. Pour into a cake tin.
Put in the freezer for at least 48 hours.
Unmould and serve with custard.
