For the cookies:

250 g of flour

110 g soft butter

125 g sugar

1 egg

1 sachet of baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

2 teaspoons foal type chocolate powder

20 g milk
For the trim:

80 g icing sugar

120 g mascarpone

80 g of fluff (plain or not) if you don't have fluff you can melt chamalows

drop of food colouring if you want

Cooking time: 10 min
The cookies:
Mix the sugar and butter vigorously until you get a foamy mixture. Add the egg and milk, and the chocolate powder, mix again.
Add the flour, bicarbonate of soda and baking powder and mix until you obtain a fairly consistent dough.
Using a teaspoon, form small, fairly spaced heaps on baking paper that you will have placed on your baking sheet.
Bake for 10 min at 180°C (preheated oven).
The filling :
While the biscuits are baking, mix the icing sugar, the mascarpone and the fluff. Add a few drops of food colouring if you wish to give colour to your filling.
Assembly :
When your biscuits have cooled down, garnish one side of the biscuits with cream, then place another side on top.
Your WHOOPIES are ready to eat.
