For the shortbread dough:

150 g sifted flour

70 g almond powder

100 g soft semi-salted butter

75 g caster sugar

1 egg

Cooking time: 25 min
Prepare the shortbread dough: work the butter into an ointment. Successively add the sugar, almond powder, egg and flour. Form a ball, film and set aside for 2 hours in the fridge.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6). Butter and flour a pie tin.
Spread the dough in the mold. Prick the tart base and bake it for 6 minutes.
Melt the chocolates in a bain-marie with the butter.
Whisk the egg and sugar to obtain a frothy mixture. Add the melted chocolate with the butter and mix.
Garnish the tart base and bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
