1 puff pastry

Frying oil
For cookies

250 g flour

90 g brown cane sugar (or brown sugar)

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 pinch of salt

1/2 bag of yeast

1 egg

125 g soft butter

2 teaspoons of honey

Chocolate (unlimited)

Cooking time: 5 min
Cookie baking.
Mix the flour, sugars, salt and yeast in a large bowl.
Melt the butter and add the beaten egg and the 2 spoonfuls of honey and fold into the mixture.
Add the chocolate chips (preferably with milk, but I've already tasted 3 chocolate cookies and it's exquisite), and mix with a wooden spoon.
Shape cookies about 10 cm in diameter and place them on a baking sheet. They should be spaced out enough.
Preparation of the cromesquis.
Unroll the dough and cut out circles with a cookie cutter. Place a knob of cookie mixture in the centre of each circle of dough and close.
Dip the cookie cromesquis in the hot oil and leave to cook for 5 minutes.
Place on absorbent paper before eating.
