60 g crab
50 g rose shrimp
20 cl cream
10 cl milk
3 eggs
Sweet butter
Pepper

Cooking time: 30 min
Preheat the oven to 180-200°C (thermostat 6-7).
Place the dough in a baking tin and prick the dough with a fork.
Cover with crab and shrimp.
Put the cream, milk and eggs in a salad bowl.
Season with salt and pepper.
Beat everything.
Gently pour the contents into the pan.
Cut pieces of butter and place them on top of the quiche.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
