3 onions or 6 small
100 g olives stuffed with pepper

Olive oil
100 g soft butter
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
100 g flour

Take the butter out of the fridge.
Drain the olives.
Cut the courgettes into pieces and cook them in salted water.
Peel and chop the onions and fry them in olive oil.
Prepare the crumble dough:
Mix with your fingertips, the softened and diced butter, the flour and the grated parmesan.
Mix in an oven dish, the drained courgettes, onions and olives.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Spread the crumble dough over the vegetables and put in the oven for about 30 minutes: the crumble should be golden brown ...
