200 g dark chocolate
4 tablespoons very strong coffee
100 g soft butter
4 tablespoons icing sugar
4 very fresh eggs

Preparation:
Break the chocolate into small pieces and put it in a saucepan with the coffee and melt over a very low heat.
When the chocolate has become soft (make sure that it is soft by pricking each piece with the tip of a knife) and without removing the pan from the heat, add the butter cut into small pieces, the icing sugar and the egg yolks and stir constantly until the mixture is completely melted. The mixture must not boil.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt and add them to the hot mixture off the heat.
Pour into bowls or stemmed glasses and store in the fridge.
