1 jar of pitted cherries (350 g)
80 g flour
80 g almonds
80 g caster sugar
40 g soft butter
40 g butter half salt

Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Use a mould with a maximum diameter of 22 cm.
Use a little butter and flour to flour the pan.
Preheat the oven to 180°C (gas mark 6).
Melt the butters.
Mix by hand in a bowl the flour (sifted is better), sugar, almond powder and butters.
Once the mould is buttered, sprinkle a little flour over it.
Put the cherries flat on the bottom.
Crumble the crumble batter over the cherries.
Place in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C.
