Ingredients Ginger and mango shrimps
Number of persons

400 g fresh shrimp

20 cl of 5% mg liquid cream

1 mango (not too ripe)

2 cloves of garlic

Ginger powder

Sweet butter

Cappellini" type pasta or Chinese noodles

Preparation Ginger and mango shrimps

Cooking time: 15 min
Rinse the shrimp well in cold water and shell them.
Melt a large knob of butter in a frying pan, add ginger and fry the prawns over a fairly high heat.
Set the shrimp aside.
Put the liquid cream and crushed garlic in the pan, let the cream cook for 2 minutes over high heat.
Put the shrimps back in the pan and let simmer while you cook capellini pasta or Chinese noodles.
2 minutes before the end of the pasta cooking time, add small mango cubes.
Serve hot.
