300 g soft butter

2 eggs

110 g caster sugar

500 g semi-complete rice flour

200 g slivered almonds

1 sachet of gluten-free baking powder

2 packets of vanilla sugar

Blend the sweet butter until it whitens.
Mix the sugar with the eggs then add the mixed butter.
In a salad bowl, mix the rice flour with the vanilla sugar, a packet of gluten-free baking powder and the slivered almonds.
Stir in the butter-sugar-egg mixture.
Knead by hand until the flour is completely absorbed into the dough.
When the dough is compact, form the cakes into balls, moons or stars.
Put them on a baking tray previously buttered or lined with baking paper in a hot oven for 15 to 20 minutes at 200°C (thermostat 6-7) with rotating heat until the biscuits are golden brown.
When they are cooked, take them out of the oven and sprinkle them with a few drops of orange blossom. Put them in a salad bowl and sprinkle them with icing sugar.
