Ingredients gooseberry jelly cake

1 plain yoghurt

3 jars of flour

2 jars of sugar

3 eggs

125 g soft butter

1/2 sachet of baking powder

150 g redcurrant jelly

30 g slivered almonds

Preparation gooseberry jelly cake

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
Preheat your oven to 210°C.
Melt the butter in a small saucepan.
Break the eggs in a bowl.
Add the sugar and whisk until the mixture whitens.
Add the flour, baking powder, melted butter, yoghurt and mix well with a spoon.
Butter and flour a missed mold of about 22 cm in diameter.
Pour in a third of the dough.
Place the jelly in the center.
Cover the rest of the dough and Bake 30 minutes.
Toast your almonds in a hot skillet.
At the exit of the oven scatter the almonds on the cake.
Let cool before eating.
