250 g rice flour

250 g millet flour

6 eggs

100 g soft butter

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

1 tablespoon of sugar

50 cl milk

25 cl of water

1 pinch of salt

Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 5 min
Melt the butter over low heat.
Pour the 2 flours into a large salad bowl. Add the milk. Mix well with a whisk. Add the egg yolks.
Reserve the whites in another bowl.
Add the sugar and vanilla sugar to the flour and egg mixture.
Then pour in the water, the pinch of salt and finally the melted butter.
Beat the egg whites until stiff.
Gently add them to the previous mixture.
Cook the waffles without delay.
