Preparation time: 20 min
Cooking time: 30 min
The cake is made in 4 steps (if you have 3 pairs of hands available, it's even simpler!):
First, prepare the cookie dough:
Soften the butter and knead it with the sugar.
Add the egg and the vanilla sugar.
Gradually add the flour, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips. Mix well.
Spread a sheet of baking parchment on a baking sheet and then spread the cookie dough on the sheet. The purpose is to make the bottom layer of the cake: cookies in crumbs.
Bake for 10 minutes at 180°C (when the edge hardens).
Once cooked, take out the giant cookie and crumble it in the dish that you have previously buttered WELL.
For the muffin floor:
Preheat the oven to 200°C (increase without turning off after the cookies).
Gently melt the butter.
Add and mix the flour, sugar (brown sugar) and baking powder.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave with a little water, then add to the mixture.
Mix the eggs with the milk.
Add to the preparation and mix well.
Pour the mixture into the dish, over the cookie crumbs. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes (when you plunge a knife into the cake, it should come out without dough).
For the rice pudding stage:
Boil the milk with the sugar and vanilla.
When the milk is boiling, throw the rice in rain and lower the heat so that the boiling is very slow, the rice should cook very slowly.
When the rice is just above the milk, turn off the heat and let it cool; the rice will finish soaking in milk as it cools.
Once ready, pour the rice pudding as a topping on the cake.
-Put in the refrigerator for a few hours. (Let it harden a little).
Turn out of the mould and serve small portions (the cake is delicious but a bit heavy...).
