225 g flour
130 g of sugar including 14 grams of vanilla sugar
130 g soft butter
1 packet of baking powder
4 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla flavouring
1 pinch of salt

Cooking time: 10 min
Remove the butter and leave it at room temperature.
In a bowl, beat the eggs and add, in order, the sugar, vanilla sugar, salt and vanilla flavouring.
Add the sifted flour and yeast and whisk until the mixture is completely homogenized.
Stir in the butter, previously worked into an ointment.
Add a few chocolate chips.
Preheat the oven to 230°C (gas mark 7-8).
Fill the cells almost to the rim and add chocolate chips and candied orange peel as desired.
Bake for 7 minutes and then continue baking for 3 minutes at 180°C (gas mark 6) until a golden shell appears.
Unmould delicately and enjoy!
