1 small cup of milk

4 eggs

250 g almond powder

200 g soft butter

150 g caster sugar

2 tablespoons of kirsch

50 boudoirs

Preparation time: 30 min
1) Mix the butter and sugar with a fork until you obtain a cream (be careful it's physical :-) ).
2) Add the almonds and the kirsch.
3) Separate the yolks from the egg whites.
4) Beat the egg yolks into an omelette with the warm milk and add to the preparation.
5) Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in gently.
6) Arrange the boudoirs in a charlotte dish as for a charlotte.
7) Put the cream in the centre.
8) Put in the fridge for at least 3 hours.
9) It's successful if it doesn't fall apart when you unmould it :-) )
