Mascarpone Whoopies

Ingredients Mascarpone Whoopies
Number of whoopies approx.

250 g flour

125 g sugar

10 cl milk

100 g soft butter

1 egg

1 tablespoon fresh cream

2 pinches of salt

1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla

1 teaspoon of baking yeast

1/2 teaspoon baking soda
For the cream:

200 g of mascarpone

1 teaspoon of liquid vanilla

30 g icing sugar

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Total Time: 45 min
Preparation time: 30 min
Cooking time: 15 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Whip the butter and sugar until the mixture whitens.
Add the egg, flour, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla, salt and finally the milk and cream.
Put this dough in a piping bag, place small round piles the size of a macaroon on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes. Leave to cool and peel off.
Whisk the mascarpone with the vanilla, lemon juice and sugar. Put this cream between two biscuits and store in the refrigerator.
