80 g soft butter

100 g white sugar

50 g brown sugar

Liquid Vanilla

Chocolate

Cinnamon powder

Pear (4 or 5 depending on size)

1 ready-made puff pastry

Cooking time: 25 min
Melt the butter in a springform pan over medium heat, then add the sugars, and let it caramelize for 1 to 2 min.
Add 2 tablespoons of liquid vanilla, and reduce again for 1 min.
Arrange the pears, peeled and quartered, in the pan to poach them in the caramel (still 1 or 2 min).
Turn off the heat, scatter a handful of chocolate chips, and sprinkle with cinnamon (to taste).
Arrange the dough on top of the pears, and press the dough between the fruit and the edge of the pan.
Bake in a medium oven (thermostat 6/180°C) for about 25 min.
Taste warm!
