1 rump steak

1 good tablespoon of bitter chocolate powder

tablespoon red wine

1 tablespoon icing sugar

10 g soft butter

1 sprig of thyme

Pour the chocolate powder into the bottom of a glass and add the wine. Mix, taking care to dissolve the powder.
Add the icing sugar. At this point, the three notes, chocolate, wine and sugar, should be clearly visible to the taste.
Add the thyme, then pepper quite generously.
Put a frying pan to heat, add the butter. When the butter is well melted, pour the chocolate mixture in the middle, then put the piece of beef on top. Turn over several times to sear the outside, keeping the inside melting.
Serve immediately, with a side dish such as a French fry, potatoes, rice...
