Preparation in the kitchen :
Peel and chop the onion and shallots. Then cook them in a saucepan with the soft butter for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Set aside and leave to cool completely.
Prepare the sauce by putting in a bowl: vinegar, oil, curry, turmeric, salt, pepper and chilli pepper. Beat into vinaigrette.
Add the cream and chives, then stir gently with a spoon.
Film the sauce and set it aside in the freezer for 20 min.
In a salad bowl: add the onion/scallion mixture, tomato paste, chopped parsley, egg and finally salt and pepper or chilli pepper to taste.
Mix all the ingredients by hand to form 8 hamburgers which will be placed in a dish as you go along. Film and set aside in the fridge.
Butter the 8 hamburger buns.
Bake à la plancha :
Oil the plancha, heat 10 minutes over medium heat.
Simultaneously cook 4 hamburgers and 4 loaves of bread on the inside for 4 minutes on each side.
Remember to flatten the meat and peel off the buns during cooking.
Assemble the hamburgers on the plancha in such a way:
- on the meat side, put the sauce, place the meat and then the cheese.
- on the hat side, put the ketchup on the spoon.
Close and serve immediately presto.
