30 speculoos

50 g soft butter

20 g salted butter

1 teaspoon of speculoos paste

250 g mascarpone

180 g whole raspberries

Mix the speculoos and blend with the 2 melted butters.
Arrange the preparation on a dish (preferably without edges) and press down with a pusher to obtain a smooth and even surface.
Mix the mascarpone with the speculoos paste by hand. (Caution! The mixer "breaks" the mascarpone).
Spread the preparation on the tart base in an even layer.
Arrange the washed raspberries. (Caution! If the raspberries are frozen, they give back water. Make sure to defrost them in advance and arrange them at the last moment).
