60 g soft butter

Place your gutted and cleaned trout individually on sheets of baking paper previously buttered to prevent sticking.
In the belly of the trout, put the crumbled Roquefort cheese about 15 to 20 g per trout depending on its size.
On the trout, put the butter on each small nut, about 15 to 20 g per trout.
Sprinkle with herbes de Provence, salt and pepper.
Close each papillote tightly to keep the cooking juices inside.
Cook on the barbecue for about 15 minutes, turning the grill only once to avoid losing the sauce.
Can be served with rice.
