200 g dark chocolate pastry

150 g soft butter

100 g sugar

175 g sweet corn (cereals)

3 egg yolks

Break the chocolate into a bowl and cover it with hot tap water.
While the chocolate is melting, soften the butter cut into small pieces in the microwave (about 20 seconds).
Pour the water into the sink, leaving only the melted chocolate.
In a large bowl, mix the chocolate and butter.
Add 100 grams of sugar, then the egg yolks. Mix well.
Finally, add the cereals (don't be impressed by the quantity, the mixture should just cover the cereals).
Put baking paper on a baking sheet and form the roses (about 10).
Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Leave the roses for 15 minutes at room temperature before serving.
