400 g of scallops with its coral

100 g button mushrooms

100 g shrimp

25 cl white wine

20 cl of water

1 teaspoon curry

40 g soft butter

1 pinch of salt

1 sprig of parsley

1 onion

2 shallots

Cooking time: 10 min
Cook the scallops (cut in 2) and its coral and shrimps 2 mn in butter (15 g) by turning them over (4/5 mn if frozen).
Reserve them.
Fry the onion and the chopped shallots for 1 mn on a low heat.
Pour the wine, the remaining butter, water, curry, salt, parsley and mushrooms and leave to reduce for 5 mn.
Add the scallops (+ coral) and the prawns in the preparation and heat 3 mn.
