115 g soft butter

115 g flour

2 whole eggs

115 g sugar

2 oranges

115 g icing sugar

1 teaspoon of yeast

Cooking time: 35 min
It's better to prepare it the day before!
Work the butter on a heated terrine.
Add the sugar, whole eggs and flour.
Mix well with a wooden spoon, add the juice and grated zest of an orange. Finish with the yeast.
Pour the preparation into a mould (preferably a square one), and put it in the oven for 35 minutes at 160°C (th 5-6).
Dilute the icing sugar in the juice of the other orange, and immediately coat the hot unmoulded cake.
