1 sesame baguette

4 slices of smoked salmon

1 scoop of mozzarella

1 bag of arugula

Sweet butter

Candied tomato (optional)


Preparation Smoked Salmon and Mozzarella Sandwich
Total Time: 15 min
Preparation time: 15 min
Cut the baguette in half, then cut each half baguette lengthwise on one side only.
Butter the inside of the baguette with the soft butter.
Arrange two slices of smoked salmon per half baguette, then add thin slices of mozzarella cheese on top of the smoked salmon slices.
(If you wish, you can add the candied tomatoes cut in half on top of the mozzarella).
Finally add the arugula on top of the salmon and the mozzarella (it's up to you to judge the quantity).
