Ingredients toffee muffins

3 eggs
150 g caster sugar
75 g flour
75 g cornstarch
130 g soft butter
10 cl milk
200 g salted butterscotch (or carambar)
1/2 bag of yeast
Preparation toffee muffins
Total Time: 30 min
Preparation time: 10 min
Cooking time: 20 min
Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6).
Melt the caramels in a small saucepan with the butter and milk and leave to cool.
Mix the sugar, flour, cornflour, baking powder and eggs. Gradually stir in the caramel, butter and milk mixture.
Pour into muffin tins and bake for about 20 min.
Unmould and eat cold.
