1 kg of frozen 'raw' shrimp tails - size 16/20 minimum

2 tablespoons of sweet butter

2 tablespoons soy sauce

4 tablespoons fried garlic

1 tablespoon of garlic semolina

1 tablespoon liquid chilli pepper

10 slices of Serrano ham

Cooking time: 3 min
Thaw the shrimp in hot water 1 min, drain. Cut the butter into pieces.
In a frying pan, fry the prawns with the butter, when they start to turn slightly red, add the liquid chilli pepper, fried garlic, semolina garlic, soy sauce, Serrano cut into large pieces.
Leave to 'brown' for about 2.5 minutes, stirring over medium heat.
Serve with Thai flavoured white rice.
