25 g of gorgonzola "picante".

150 g soft butter

3 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar (good quality)

Black pepper (mill)

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

15 g butter

In a bowl, mash the gorgonzola with the butter, vinegar, nutmeg and black pepper.
Mix until you obtain a homogeneous paste. Set aside.
Brown the veal chops in 15 g of butter until 3/4 of the cooking time.
Grind a few turns of pepper over the meat.
Turn on the oven grill.
Place the ribs in an ovenproof dish, spread them with the butter and cheese preparation.
Place the dish under the oven grill for 5 to 6 min.
The preparation will melt and form a sauce and a well-brown crust, plus it smells good cheese au gratin and the sauce makes itself !
Serve with fresh pasta and candied cherry tomatoes.
