Ingredients very chocolatey fondant

4 eggs

150 g fine sugar

300 g pastry chocolate

75 g soft butter

1/2 glass of milk (10 cl)

150 g flour

1 sachet of baking powder

1 jar of nutella (for chocolate lovers)

Cooking time: 25 min
Beat the eggs + the fine sugar in a bowl to obtain a white and creamy mixture.
In a large bowl in the microwave, melt the chocolate pieces + butter + milk in a large bowl, mix well to obtain a smooth cream.
Mix the chocolate preparation with the eggs and beat.
Then pour in the flour while beating and finally pour in the yeast and beat again.
Pour the preparation into a mould at your convenience oiled and floured and place it in a cold oven, turn on at 180°C (thermostat 6) and leave to cook for 25 to 30 minutes according to the desired fondant.
After removing from the oven, wait for the cake to cool down a little and slowly remove it from the mould.
If you have chosen a cake that is not too melt-in-the-mouth, you can cut it in half as soon as it is cold and garnish it with nutella.
