1 kg of flour

10 g cinnamon

700 g brown sugar

4 whole eggs

300 g softened butter

5 g bicarbonate of soda

1/2 glass of water

200 g almond powder

Cooking time: 12 min
Mix all the ingredients by hand in a bowl until a more or less consistent dough is obtained.
Leave to rest overnight.
Make flattened balls 5-6 cm in diameter.
Put an almond to garnish and put in the oven at 200°C for 10 to 12 minutes.
