20 cl sugar

10 cl syrup

10 cl of water

200 g butter

500 g flour

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon ginger

1 teaspoon cloves (ground)

1 teaspoon baking soda

Preparation : 1h30
Cooking time: 10 min
Mix the sugar, syrup and water and bring to the boil.
Pour the mixture over the butter and stir until cold.
Add the cinnamon, ginger, cloves, bicarbonate of soda, then gradually add the flour.
Let rest for at least 1 hour.
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Roll out with a rolling pin and create the shapes with the cookie cutters!
