50 g melted butter

1 beaten egg

100 g caster sugar

150 g grated carrot

200 g flour

17 cl of milk

1 teaspoon of nutmeg powder

1 teaspoon of 4 spice blend

1/2 teaspoon of salt

100 g of raisins

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

reheat the oven at thermostat 6 (180 ° C).
Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt in a bowl.
Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl. Make a well in the flour and pour this preparation in the center. Mix gently.
Fill muffin cups up to 3/4 with the dough, and put in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes (the muffins must be golden).
