300 g flour

300g sugar

125 g butter

100 g unsweetened cocoa

200 g plain Bulgarian (or Greek) yogurt

100 g of coconut powder

1 glass of hot water

1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

1 teaspoon of baking soda

1 teaspoon of salt

2 eggs

200 g dark chocolate

200 g heavy cream

1 whipped cream

In a bowl, whisk together the cocoa and very hot water. Let cool.

Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat or in a bowl in the microwave oven (1 minute).

In the salad bowl, mix the butter and sugar, beating with the whisk.

Break the eggs. Keep the whites in the other terrine, put the 2 yolks in the salad bowl and beat with a whisk.

Add the melted cocoa, the flour passed through a sieve, the salt, the vanilla, the baking soda, the yogurt. Mix well.

Beat the 2 egg whites, add them to the mixture, lifting the dough so as not to break them.

Butter the 2 molds. Fill them each with half of the mixture. Place in the oven (180 ° C / thermostat 6) for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in a saucepan placed in the pan containing water. Off the heat, add the crème fraîche.

Unmold a cake in the serving dish. Spread 1/3 of the chocolate cream on top. Sprinkle with coconut. Unmould the second cake on top of the first. With the spatula, spread the rest of the cream on top and around the edges. Put in the refrigerator.

When ready to serve, decorate with the Chantilly cream.
