125 g butter

1 glass of milk


1 sachet of baking powder


1 pinch of salt


1/2 teaspoon baking soda (optional but lighter)


1 tablespoon of liquid vanilla


2 tablespoons of orange blossom

In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, sugar and yeast.

Dig a well and break the eggs in it. Add salt and melted butter to the milk. Mix well then add the vanilla and orange blossom water.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6). Pour the dough into a buttered perforated mold (or a pastry mold in the center of which we place a glass or a jam jar). Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. The fouace is ready when the knife blade comes out clean.

Unmold on a wire rack.
