80 g of brown sugar


30 g of white sugar


60 g ground almonds


3 drops of vanilla


80 g chocolate


1 teaspoon of baking powder


1 pinch of coarse salt


1 pinch of baking soda


180 g of cornstarch or corn flour


70 g of rice flour


60 g of hazelnuts


60 g walnuts (optional)


1 teaspoon of honey or maple syrup (optional)

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C thermostat 6-7
Mix the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes foamy.
Add the ground almonds, mix
Add the baking soda, baking powder, vanilla extracts, chocolate chips, hazelnuts, nuts and oil.
To finish, add the flour, mix well until obtaining a smooth dough, if it remains sticky we can add a little rice flour.
Once the preparation is finished take a baking sheet, with a sheet of baking paper. Make small balls with the dough about 23g no larger than the size of a ping-pong ball
Bake for ten minutes, they should be lightly browned on the sides.
