200 g sugar


150 g butter


200 g of wheat flour


125 g of ground hazelnuts


75 g of crushed hazelnuts


3 eggs


1 teaspoon of edible baking soda



Preparation  Hazelnut cake in the microwave

Total Time : 20 min

Preparation: 10 min

Cooking: 10 min

Mix the sugar with the softened butter.

Beat the eggs and fold them into the mixture.

Combine the wheat flour, hazelnut powder and baking soda. Add them to the preparation.

Incorporate the crushed hazelnuts. Put in a buttered and floured dish going in the microwave oven (ex silicone) 10 min at 150 ° C.

Out of the oven:

Make the caramel by putting the ingredients in a saucepan over high heat and remove from the heat when the caramel blondi.

Unmould and pour the caramel over the cake.
