1/2 spoon bicarbonate busy


1 sachet of vanilla sugar or a vanilla pod


Water


Icing sugar (optional)

Preparation: 10 min

Place the ingredients in a large bowl.

Add the water, stirring with a spatula, until you obtain a smooth paste that is not too liquid.

Leave the dough to rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Fry the donuts for 2 minutes over low heat and turn continuously to brown all sides.

Sprinkle with icing sugar before serving (optional).
