500 g of wheat flour

250 g butter

3 eggs (separate the yolks from the whites)

375 g sugar

25 cl of milk

1 packet of vanilla sugar

1 baking soda

Preparation  Odette pancakes

Total Time : 30 min

Preparation: 10 min

Cooking: 20 min

Combine the flour, sugar, packet of vanilla sugar and baking soda.

Make a then. Add the milk, melted butter and egg yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff and incorporate them into the preparation.
