500 g flour


1 egg


1 teaspoon of baking soda


4 tablespoons of sunflower oil


2 pinches of salt


Milk

Preparation: 10 min
Cooking: 15 min
Mix all the ingredients while incorporating the milk, work the dough vigorously until you obtain a smooth 'bread'. Cut into slices of 8/10 centimeters and roll out with a rolling pin.
Heat a pan (grill) well, cook by piercing the dough with a fork (bubbles should form).
Serve with cooked ham, melted cheese (Certosa) or vegetables.
