250 g brown sugar


350 g flour, sifted


5 g of baking soda


1 egg

250 g butter

Rest the dough for 12 hours.

Put 200 g of butter to soften. Mix 300 g of flour, salt and baking soda.

Mix the soft butter with brown sugar and egg. Gather everything and let stand 12 hours.

Butter baking sheets with the remaining butter.

Roll out 1/3 of the dough (2 to 3 mm thick) and then place on the buttered baking sheets.

Repeat 2 times.

Put in a medium oven at 140 ° C (thermostat 4-5) for 20 min.

They should be golden when taken out of the oven.

Serve cold.
