1 pinch of nutmeg powder


1 pinch of ground black pepper


2 teaspoons of ginger powder


1 teaspoon cinnamon powder


85 g butter


20 cl of liquid honey


lemon zest

In a large bowl, combine the flour, almonds, baking powder, baking soda, spices and aromatics.

In a saucepan over low heat, melt the honey with the butter, then pour the mixture into the salad bowl. Add the lemon zest and mix until you get a stiff paste. Cover and let cool.

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6) and line two baking sheets with baking paper. Shape 30 balls of dough, then flatten them slightly and place them on the baking sheets, spacing them well. Bake for 15 minutes, then let cool on a rack.

Beat the egg white, then mix it with the icing sugar and water until you obtain a fluid icing. Dip tops of each cookie in frosting. Leave to dry in a warm place.
