1 red onion

1 figatelli

8 pastry sheets

Preparation: 30 min

Cooking: 5 min

Peel and cut the figatelli into small cubes.

Cut the onion into small cubes.

Brown everything in a pan without adding any fat.

Once reduced, place the preparation in a bowl and mix it with the bush.

Season to your liking.

Take the pastry sheets and cut them in half.

Place approximately 1 tablespoon of preparation on the sheet and roll it to form a nem.

Pan the spring rolls in a little oil, turning frequently until they are golden brown.
