Gazpacho Andaluz

Add to the basket

1 kg of ripe tomato

1 Italian green pepper (approx.60 g)

1 piece of cucumber (about 4 fingers)

1 piece of onion (approximately 100 g)

1 small clove of garlic

3 tablespoons of olive oil

1 tablespoon of vinegar

1 level teaspoon of salt

Wash the tomatoes and peppers.

In a blender put the tomatoes cut into quarters. Clean the pepper (remove the stalk and seeds), cut it into 4 or 5 and add it to the tomatoes.

Peel and cut the cucumber, garlic clove and onion into pieces and add them to the rest of the vegetables. Mix until there are no pieces left at all, to obtain a smooth mixture.

Add the salt, oil and vinegar. Mix again. Taste and add salt, oil or vinegar to your taste.

If the gazpacho has the consistency you like, go to the next step. Otherwise add a little water to your liking.

Be careful if you add too much water the gazpacho will lose taste.
