10 leaves of curly salad


2 slices of duck foie gras


1 slice of raw ham


5 white asparagus


5 slices of smoked duck breast


2 tablespoons of corn


1 tomato


2 duck gizzards


1 tablespoon of pine nuts

Preparation: 20 min

Cooking: 5 min

For 1 plate:

- Put a few curly leaves in a large plate.

- Place 1 or 2 slices of duck foie gras in the center.

- Around, arrange 1 nice slice of rolled Bayonne ham, 5 or 6 beautiful white asparagus, 5 slices of smoked duck breast, a handful of corn, and a nice tomato cut into thin slices.

- In a frying pan, throw 2 gizzards cut into pieces. 2 minutes later, add half a handful of pine nuts to the pan.

- Pour everything on the plate. Season. Serve immediately.
