1 large can of tuna (about 350g drained)


150 g of Saint Morêt


1 cucumber


1/2 lemon juice


Dressing according to taste


2 tablespoons chives chopped


Pepper


Salt

Preparation: 15 min

Small dice the cucumbers. Season them with the vinaigrette of your choice.

Mix the tuna with the St Moret and mash them with a fork. Add the 1/2 lemon juice. Mix everything well.

Salt and pepper the rillettes. Then add the chives.

In verrines, fill with a layer of cucumbers, then a layer of tuna rillettes.

Keep fresh until ready to serve.
