Preheat the oven to 150 ° C (thermostat 5).
Spread the equivalent of two spoons of honey with a brush over the entire surface of the pastry sheet.
Sprinkle with rosemary, put a goat cheese in the middle, put the rosemary on the cheese and fold the pastry sheet.
Proceed in the same way for the other bricks.
Place in a dish (without adding fat) and bake for 8 minutes, turning halfway through cooking.
