Cut the escalopes, apple and shallot into very small pieces.
Marinate the chicken in a bowl with the oil and curry for 30 min.
Cook the chicken in a pan and add the apple, shallot and cream at the end of cooking. Cook 2-3 min over low heat.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
Cut the pastry sheets in 2, place a tablespoon of chicken on one side and fold the sheet to form a triangle.
Arrange on a baking sheet and put in the oven for 15-20 min, until the triangles are golden.
