Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th. 7).

Brown the bacon in the Cookeo on "brown" mode / 4 min + preheating, stirring constantly, then remove them from the bowl without wiping off the juices.

Crack the eggs. Pour them into the bowl with the grated cheese, cream, milk and flour. Mix with a whisk or a silicone spatula.

Pour the preparation into a buttered tart mold, then distribute the bacon. Bake for 30 minutes.
