1 zucchini

2 tomatoes

4 tablespoons of tomato paste

1 beef stock cube

2 tablespoons of couscous spices

1 teaspoon of harissa

3 teaspoons of olive oil

Peel the carrots and turnips then cut them into medium sized pieces. Rinse the zucchini and cut it into thick slices. Drain the chickpeas. Cut the tomatoes into quarters.
Pour 1 tbsp. teaspoon of oil in the Thermomix vat and cook the merguez for 15 min / 120 ° C / speed. spoon / reverse. Let cool then set aside in the fridge. Briefly wipe the tank.
Then pour the other 2 tbsp. of olive oil. Place the chicken drumsticks, then brown for 4 min / 120 ° C / vit. spoon / reverse.
Pour 1 liter of water and the bouillon cube over the chicken. Add the tomato paste, carrots, turnips and tomatoes, couscous spices and harissa. Start cooking for 12 min / 105 ° C / speed. spoon / reverse.
Add the zucchini and chickpeas, then restart the cooking for 20 min / 105 ° C / speed. spoon / reverse.
Place the merguez on top of the preparation to heat them up. Salt and pepper, mix and close the bowl for about ten minutes, with the robot turned off. Meanwhile, prepare a bowl of semolina grains at your convenience.
